Liked: Location and Breakfast
Disliked: Room service and delayed invoice. Yet to receive invoice over email that was promised 14 hours ago.

Very good

Liked: Very clean, quiet and warm room. Great breakfast variety. The Xmas market opposite was a bonus.
Disliked: The room was a little too warm at night.

Liked: nothing
Disliked: the room was not clean, and the floor dirty they never changed the bed sheet during our stay and breakfast was just very simple with limited option the rate we paid was very high to such normal basic hotel you just fill you are in student house not a hotel

Very good

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful, breakfast offered various meals and drinks, lobby was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: It was quite chilly in the room and A/C didn’t work. Doors and walls had scratches.
