Liked: Spacious and clean room. Easy to access the common areas and underground parking. Walking distance to the market is about 10 minutes with many options to dine.
Disliked: The room had some small imperfection around the room, which wasn't expected for a 4-star hotel on that price range. The restaurant is available only for breakfast and they charge full price for small children.

Poorly located, dirty, disappointing staff.

Liked: Spacious rooms, decent wellness and gym areas.
Disliked: Avoid this hotel, whilst it looks appealing from the lobby the entire hotel in quite dirty. We checked in one evening and left immediately for a dinner reservation. Upon returning we soon noticed that the room was quite dirty, and asked for a switch to a clean room.The room we were offered was equally dirty, and when we mentioned this the front desk told us it might have been us that made the initial room dirty. We are shocked at the attitude of the people working here, and certainly won't be back after this stay.

Liked: Location is good, the lobby and resto bar at the entrance are spacious and comfortable.The staff are helpful
Disliked: Accessibility to rooms is quite annoying when you have luggages (our was on a second block of the main entrance). It was accessible only by stairs (and we had 2 big suitcases and 2 small)Rooms are very basics, nothing sophisticated.

Exceptional

Liked: Like all NH Hotels they go and above to make our stay comfortable. Helen was great, and she arrange early checkin for our family. She also suggested restaurants and beer that we should try and her suggestion was well worth it.
Disliked: Nothing.
