Great friendly hotel in Frankfurt...

Liked: Great rooms, easy to find parking, friendly staff at reception and breakfast restaurant. Excellent beds. Overall, I had a very relaxing stay.

Noisy, warm.

Liked: I have been in this hotel several times in the past 15 years. Experience this time was very bad. Room temperature was extremely high. Air conditioning not working. Reported this to receptionist, the only offer given was a very noisy fan….Opening the window was also no option due to room close to entrance of hotel. Very noisy with loud laughting smoking guests outside to late midnight. A call to reception did not effect in anything. So, probably this was my last stay here.

Disliked: The doors in the hall way are EXTREMELY NOISY.Also the fridge was 2x making a very "bonking" noise, 1x at 5 a.m.I needed to get out of bed to solve this bonking noise.The hotel badly needs renovation.

Good hotel in Niederrad

Liked: Good location. Parking garage.wide selection of breakfast dishes.Tasty food in the restaurant for a dinner. Nice personnel.
Disliked: Room insulation is not sufficient. Price during Messe is quite high.
