Liked: All good but the room was quite noisy.

No parking available but the...

Disliked: We booked this hotel because is was shown on the booking.com website as having parking available. After paying the non refundable cost of the 2 night stay the hotel informed us that parking was limited, could not be reserved and cost over 18 euros a night. Within 15 minutes of booking we contacted the hotel via web chat to try and cancel the booking but they were unhelpful and when we phoned and tried to speak to them (in English) they put the phone down. On arrival we saw that the small underground car park was shared between two hotels and was full. We spoke to the receptionist who was surly and unhelpful. We managed to unload our suitcases on the ramp outside the hotel and carry them inside then after driving around for 20 minutes found a (free) on road parking space about 300 meters away.The room itself was clean and well set out. Unfortunately like many Spanish hotels the air conditioning is not switched on in the winter (it was March) and because the the fiesta we were unable to have the window open because our dog is scared of fireworks, this would not be a problem other than during the first few weeks of March.We left after the first night and found a much nicer hotel about 20 minutes north of the city for our second night.

Good value, lovely location

Liked: excellent. Loved the location so near the park. Got Bus no 93 to the Coast and numver 32 back into the Old town. Hotel car park was extra but there is a free outdoor car park nearby. Good snack food in the sister hotel next door and lovely resturant nearby
Disliked: IF we were told about the free car park

Don't stay there on cold...

Liked: Pillows, bathroom, ready to help stuff
Disliked: Heating wasn't working and they didn't fix it for 4 days. Some of the rooms look over a busy boulevard, though our description said "quiet street view". Doors are extremely thin. "Double bed" means "two beds" put together.

Good price performance

Liked: Location is just perfect, right next to Aquarium and Turia park. Also room was Ok.
Disliked: Blankets - I just don't understand that they use seperate sheet and blanket (that is not into sheets). I just hate that. Otherwise everything was Ok.
