Liked: The hotel has a perfect location, nice size (not too big, feels intimate somehow), super-clean, reasonably priced - and importantly, really friendly and helpfulstaff. Checked in last night (2 Nov) and was warmly welcomed by the receptionist (young man with beard and eye glasses) and the equally friendly young lady (dark hair) working alongside him. Same for this morning's check-out, received lots of tourist tips at the check-out, from a young blond man at the reception desk. Please thank them on my behalf for their smiles and professionalism! Keep it up!

Disliked: The hotel is very old and has not been renovated for a long time. The TV did not work. The phone was broken and I had to go to the reception.
