Liked: Breakfast time was really great, up until late morning on Sundays. The room was clean. The staff was really nice and friendly.

Very disappointing experience with rude...

Disliked: - Very rude reception especially in the day of my checkout (checked out today at 12:40pm).- Room cards deactivate so many times in a day, very frustrating experience. Had to go down to the reception several times a day to get them reactivated.- Calling for room service with no responses to calls nor callbacks- No coffee nor water refills were provided.- The room didn’t have good light exposure.
