Very comfortable!

Liked: Services: The bar staff provided great service! The ladies at the reception were always very helpful and had a great smile. There is also a convenient little kiosk by the reception in case you forgot something. Location: It is very close to a train station that will take you to town, and there is a park behind the park that is very big and a lovely place to go for a walk. Although it is not close to the city centre, there is a Westfield mall which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel, in case you forgot something. Our room also had a nice view of the mountains. Amenities: Great coffee machine in the room, a bath tub.

Good value for money for...

Liked: Great location for walks by Danube and easy access to Vienna centre
Disliked: Requested double bed but two singles pushed together with two single duvets

Liked: Strategic location.
Disliked: Not valuable for the conditions in the hotel. Everything is so old and not well maintained. Quite expensive and if you come with a car, the parking is bloody expensive. I'd say, dont waste your time with this hotel. No, I am not AI or bookings staff designed to give mix review. I am a genuine human who is not happy with my stay.
