Renovated in 2015 and located directly on Mariahilfer Straße Vienna's biggest shopping street NH Collection Wien Zentrum offers spacious air-conditioned units with free WiFi. Liked: good location if you want many food and shops around hotel has its own service app but it doesn’t work properly- I asked breakfast to the room, didn’t get it😔

Very good

Liked: The room was spacious even though we stayed with 3 people and great location for shopping and wandering around. Just next to the metro station
Disliked: Wish they have more various choices of breakfast

Liked: Had a fantastic time, hotel couldn’t have been more central which meant easy access for almost every attraction. The room was clean & had everything we needed & the staff were very helpful.The breakfast was delicious, with so much variety.

Disliked: Sofa - There was a sofa bed in the room, when it was used as sofa, the sitting cushion kept sliding out, which sitting there made it uncomfortableOne staff named Elisa - Not great customer service provided by her, she kept interrupting my sentences, and did not provide the solutions to the problem we had.
