Liked: the breakfast area is spacious, the tables are not too close together and there is a good offer and variety of products.Hot drinks must be requested from the staff. thank goodness! I don't think there is an “À la carte menu” because it wasn't offered to me and it wasn't on the table.
Disliked: I think I had expectations a little too high for what I had read about this hotel and also for the price that, for what was my experience, seemed a little too expensive. Hotel with little personality, it is the same in almost everything, except for the structure, to any city hotel. Small bathroom and I did not find a bathrobe. The turndown service was not a really turndown service.

Liked: -The professional, adaptability, and experience of the staff.-Modern, unique hotel- private parking has electric charge - colazione was great , coffee was amazing - location I visit Torino two or three times a year, and I will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: It was mostly clean, but I found a nail in the bathroom, and the amenities were too limited only hair cap.
