Liked: The best thing was the familiar treatment of the stuff, they were so warm and welcoming, helpful and surprisingly nice.
Disliked: No complaints.

A great hotel just outside...

Liked: A great hotel just outside of the old town. Free outside parking or underground paid parking. Breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from. Our room was a good size with plenty of room to move around.
Disliked: Would have enjoyed some deck chairs outside as the weather was still good and the inside pool area was too hot to sit in.

Good location, comfortable accommodation

Liked: The location is wonderful. Close wnought ti walk to the city center, but away from city noises. The shower pressure was great and the staff was kind. Both the indoor pool and spa were clean, gave my family a nice break from walking all around the city.
Disliked: There wasn't too much to dislike. Just make sure to have sturdy waking shoes as you will go uphill a bit to reach the Cathedral and city center.

Liked: Location is close to the old town, just up the hill. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful
Disliked: The rooms felt in need of a refurb, not the cleanest, limescale built up in bathroom, smudge of something on the ceiling, tape to avoid falls in the shower not the most sanitary option
