Fabulous location fabulous hotel

Liked: Fantastic location
Disliked: Bar area was extremely busy Waited 20/30mins for a drink and no one came to take our order

Liked: Good location. Nice lobby.
Disliked: Old fitness center. Lack of restaurants. Expensive for value received.

I would absolutely stay there...

Liked: the room was immaculate. cleanest hotel I have ever visited. the staff is wonderful. like creepy good. lol. the security is comforting. the bathroom and shower was the best I have ever experienced. I dont think I heard a single sound from another guest the whole time. it almost seemed like the place was empty but it is just super sound proof. great location. walking distance to Times Square, Grand Central, Rockefeller Center & Central Park. great breakfast. beds were comfortable.
Disliked: only one chair. your room key powers the room. so the a/c and all power cuts off when you leave the room. that is the worst thing of the entire stay. when you come back in the room it is hot and humid. you cant leave something to charge while you are gone. some things were unnecessarily complicated like the tv. took us 8 hours to figure out how to use the tv which was a little embarrassing for a couple tech savvy guys. there didnt seem to be any internet tv available, like Netflix. I thought that seemed a bit odd being that even some of the cheaper hotels I have used offer that. perfume smell used throughout hotel is wonderful but a bit too strong. my eyes and nose watered the whole time and I never have that issue. generally I have scented everything so I am used to it but this was almost overwhelming for me.

Liked: Location is the best to be. Rooms are decent size and are clean. I liked that the cleaning staff came daily
Disliked: The sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Its a basic courtesy to understand that such beds are of no use and should not be provided if it cannot be improved. Even if you keep your hand on the bed, you could feel the coir inside.
