Liked: The cleanliness of the room and the staff were excellent.
Disliked: There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room to wear after a shower. There was no YouTube on the TV. The room was cold, the air conditioner was not blowing hot air. The hotel's software was not working. We went down at night and ordered. These made us a little uncomfortable.

Superb

Liked: The room was excellent everything I needed and one of the best I had in Mexico, and the location staff provided good recommendations
Disliked: A bit of noise from upstairs in my room, but it didn't really disturb me
