Excellent hotel and location

Liked: My needs are simple: good location, clean, good bed, good shower and good wifi. NH was great on all counts. Easy walking to amazing museums. Parks. plazas, and restaurants. Staff was excellent. At breakfast I used the QR code to order and it took me to an internal survey. I noted all was great but that shower pressure was weak. That night, when I took my shower the water pressure was excellent. When I return to MX City I will stay here.

Liked: A beautiful room every thing you need for your stay and here's a tip only get taxis with them don't get pink and white taxis they rip you off

People tried to assist us...

Liked: Break fast was every day except last two days when there was little more people for breakfast.?They were running out of food and it was no feeling . We asked and they do not have the sweet foods. They knew the people are coming.They could not provide any English Chanel on Tv.After three days we got CNN.Water temp was not much.
Disliked: All these system could have been better in a hotel like NH hotel.

Disliked: Location - from one side it's nice to be in the centre of Mexico City, on another hand - in the night it's not really interesting and during day - heavy traffic jam.

Very comfortable and well located...

Liked: The location was excellent. The hotel was situated one and a half blocks from the Zocalo plaza and main tourist attractions.Customer service was excellent.I liked the coffee machine, safety deposit box and fridge in the room. Buffet breakfast was good, offering egg options cooked at the moment, fruits, lunch meats, toasts, cereals and juices. I had a few dinner meals and they were all excellent.
Disliked: The hotel didn't offer a complimentary shuttle bus from the airport, contrary to what was advertised in Booking.com' s website. I didn't like the coffee served at breakfast time.
