Very comfortable and a great...

Liked: The location at the airport was excellent especially as I was traveling with a pet in a large dog crate. They had a good area where I could walk the dog. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The inhouse restaurant was very good as was the 24 hour room service. Excellent shower.
Disliked: No pool as was shown in the photos. The staff did not tell me for sometime that I would have to wait a long time for check in as they only have 10 pet rooms available. The night staff were great but the day staff were a little unhelpful with information. Also I tried to contact them via email and through booking.com several times before arriving to check the situation of traveling with a dog and they never responded. In the end I had to call them to get any response.

Disappointing

Disliked: Blocked sink in bathroom. Lack of tea and coffee and towels on arrival.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff

Liked: Overall very happy with my stay at the NH. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Quite expensive to stay here. I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned and so I had to return to the front desk. I was helped right away and given a new room.

Electric box with no view

Liked: We decided to stay at NHT2 for a good night sleep between two flights… what a mistake. It is right at the airport so the location very is convenient but it is an electric box with no view. If you are sensitive to electromagnetic energy as we are, you wont be able to sleep. Also, they had a rock and roll convention the day we check in. It was so noisy that I made the check in assistant repeat herself non-stop. So if you want to rest.. to not go there.

Liked: The shower was not working well water spilling everywhere, the shampoo and body wash container were empty as well as the tissue box . Very dissapointi for the price . I arrived very late and could only complained next day

Liked: An excellent option very near the airport. It will be excelent if the hotel has half stay because Inpay 24 hs stay but just stay 10 hs.
