Liked: room was large, suite at a special rate. Breakfast was a very good continental style hotel breakfast. Location was excellent, though all of Marseille is a bit scruffy compared to Paris (what isn't?)
Disliked: not much help with luggage.

Liked: Everything was good, but the shower had very little water pressure and the hot water was not hot. The breakfast was average, the staff was very nice, and the hotel was clean.

Liked: Quiet room allocation in the hotel. Location of the hotel is close to many amenities, monuments, and the lid city. Breakfast spread: hot and cold buffet and more choices offered in the morning. Would return and highly recommend. Competitive prices for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Tasty dinners and lovely presentation.Lovely, very helpful people at the reception desk.

Liked: Lovely and welcoming staff. Special mention to Triana for her kindness and thoughtfulness.Large rooms, comfortable beds, simple but modern decoration.Will be back !
Disliked: The only downside was the lack of complimentary water, only one small bottle of water was provided.
