Disliked: The staff forced us out of the room after having requested and paid for late check out. They told us we were lying about our previous interaction and had us left 2h before the late check out we had paid for. Generally rude and lack of customer prioritisation; specially as we spent on their facilities for an entire week.As a customer that very frequently stays at different NH across Spain, I can comfortably say the chain won’t ever be my first option again. Well done for losing a valuable customer..:
