Excellent hotel, right in the...

Liked: Room was spacious and with a city view and high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent with very good choice. Location of hotel was in the centre with easy reach of main attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Roof top terrace had great views but was busy as general public had access. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Ideally located and great for...

Liked: Location, central but quiet. Staff were very good. Facilities good.
Disliked: Our room was on the 10th floor below the rooftop bar and we could hear background noise from that area. Ground floor lounge seemed to have lots of private functions to the detriment of residents!

Clean hotel excellent location

Liked: The room was big and the shower was good and the tv screen big and new .
Disliked: There was improper behavior between 4 and 5 p.m. The door is knocked hard by the guest relations officer just to serve chocolate and a bottle of water! This is not worthy of the reputation of a five-star hotel.
