Liked: Excellent location! only a few minutes walking to three major museums. Room and the bathroom are very well designed and very clean. The temperature control in the room is amazing! It doesn’t blow strong winds, just gently adjusting to the right temperature
Disliked: The breakfast is lacking the vegetables and it’s in the basement. There is no sitting area in the lobby. For the female travelers, they don’t provide cotton balls and Qtips

Disliked: We had no warning that the road in front of hotel and all around were closed due to National Parade. We should have been emailed that info. Hotel staff could not secure us a ride to our car rental. We had to walk in the pouring rain through crowds and pouring rain!
