Terrible room given in a...

Liked: I use to trust the NH brand as a label of quality but I regret to report we were given a room that didn’t match the category I had paid for to spend a weekend in Madrid wih my husband and very far from the pictures on the booking site, as it looked more like a bungalow in a bassement bin room. When we said so we were told no room of premium category were left and we were given another room in a lower category. I have asked for a full refund of the first night for the damage as we had awfull time trying to sort rooms instead of enjoying the city and the level of noise of the rooms on the avenue side make it hard to sleep. I haven’t received any response from the hotel as of today. I will not use NH ever again and don’t recommend anyone to do so. It was a scam for 300euros per night and this should be fully refunded.
