From start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable, and every staff member we encountered was both helpful and polite. A special mention goes to Rebeca and Azu from the restaurant, whose warmth and professionalism made our mornings truly enjoyable.The rooms were spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after long days of work. The hotel’s location was perfect, providing easy access to key areas of the city while still feeling peaceful and exclusive.Breakfast was a highlight of our stay—truly tremendous! The variety, quality, and presentation exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the design and ambiance of the hotel and its restaurant were stunning, combining elegance and modernity seamlessly.We wholeheartedly recommend NH Collection Abascal to anyone visiting Madrid, whether for business or leisure. Liked: Good location, lovely breakfast, good communal areas, friendly staff. Room was quite spacious.
Disliked: My room was very noisy - it seemed to be noise from the elevator shaft. I arrived very late and had already settled in so it was too late to change.
