Aside from the room mishaps,...

Liked: The staff was attentive and friendly and the security in the hotel was excellent. There was a variety of restaurants that surrounded the property that you could walk to from the hotel.
Disliked: I booked through booking.com and when we arrived, the room is not what we reserved. They had a premium room with one bed and we requested two beds. They provided us with a supreme room with two beds since the other premium rooms with two beds were booked. Also, booking.com in their description of the amenities and extras was incorrect. The hotel does not provide bath robes and slippers.
