Disliked: difficult to find the hotel and to park. No Hotel sign or covered in scaffolding for painting. No notice when painters were outside window on third floor when getting dressed.

Almost excellent in NH Granada

Liked: Beautiful hotel in good location for everything in Granada. Staff overall very good, helpful, pleasant but some apparent mis communication between reception desk and restaurant. We were told restaurant was open on our final evening and it was actually closed as there was a large group booking. Two staff on reception didn't know this. All the menu was available in the bar area. However what was described isn't what we received regarding one item. The food was overall very good but some items pricey ...patatas bravas are chunks of roasted potato with spicy sauce and garlic mayonnaise ..we were served a portion of chips with some mayonnaise. We accepted it. However a bit more attention on this type of thing would have moved the review to excellent. Not a major thing, would use again and would recommend. The decor and level of cleanliness and general ambience is exceptional.

Good stay in great location

Liked: The hotel has a great location, right in the center and within walking distance of most that there is to see in Granada. Rooms were a bit small, but functional with comfortable beds. Shower had great pressure, but water escaped quite easily to the rest of the bathroom.
Disliked: We did breakfast one morning, it was a bit disappointing. The coffee machines were not great, food had a lot of industrial, mass-produced items.

Two Night Stay in Granada

Liked: The hotel is very well located in the centre of Granada with only a short walk to The Old Town, Cathedral and even The Alhambra. Secure parking is available right below the hotel for €21 per day
Disliked: We suffered from noise from other guests in the room above us. Also, there is piped music playing in the corridor right outside the bedroom door which is unecessary

Liked: Everything ... location, beautiful room, excellent service, amazingly friendly staff, brilliant local recommendations and everyone absolutely loved Billy our French Bulldog.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing
