Liked: Location excellent, everything within easy walking distance, and staff very cheerful and helpful. Great walk-in shower and nice toiletries. Welcome chocolate nice touch too
Disliked: We had seen photos of a bar online. Looked good. But sadly no bar at all in the hotel due to alteration work taking place. Despite the hotel being right in the centre of the city the room was very quiet apart from the occasional noise of the work being carried out. The car park was quite difficult to find. Not well signposted and reaching it involved entering an Access Restricted area and negotiating bollards while driving over a busy pavement!

Great location, excellent facilities.

Liked: The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was also very nice. Although we were initially concerned, there was no disturbance from street noise at all which was good.
Disliked: There was an odd smell in the room, something that might have come from the sewage system. It wasn't enough to make us want to change the room, but I definitely noticed it. You might want to look into it.

Liked: Excellent location in the center of Granada. We’ve been upgraded to a room with a circular balcony, for which we are thankful to the staff. Our room looked over the intersection over main streets, but was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing not to like

Overall the stay was one...

Liked: The staff were fantastic, the location excellent and the hotel was very clean and modern.
Disliked: As guests to the hotel, the parking was a big problem. There is parking in the hotel but they don’t reserve and spots for guests and the instructions before arrival are unclear. We had to wait in a lineup across the alley/street for spaces to become available. We waited 45 minutes.
