Liked: Great staff, charming classy rooms, the background music is just my favorites, calming, and the floor of elevator changes per day.
Disliked: Couldn’t figure out the 2 shower options so got scalded and water every where Towels are not soft nor do they dry the body well. Same with robe.

Convenient and very comfortable.

Liked: Quiet, spacious, attractive, comfortable & well-equipped. V comfortable bed, with bedding changed daily. Attentive staff. Small enough that the staff take an interest in you. Excellent location: close to the Metro but on the edge of the historic old town, most of the major sights are easily walkable.
Disliked: Only negative: the room didn’t have any drawers to store clothes, only a wardrobe with a couple of free shelves. The rooftop bar is a lovely idea but not if the weather is poor!

Liked: Very nice rooms and boutique hotel. High standard as expected for a four star rating.
Disliked: The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only made one misstake-as we were checking out it rained and we asked for an umbrella but were denied even after asking to pay for it. A stupid service misstake for a four star hotel.

Liked: Superb location close to Old Town. Plenty of quality restaurants close by and easy links to the Arts & Science park. Staff were excellent.
Disliked: Room smaller than expected. Breakfast ok but nothing special for this level of hotel and choices fairly limited.

perfect city location in luxury...

Liked: Perfectly located in city with underground parking and easy walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, bars etc.Breakfasts offered excellent choices. ALL the staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. we loved our stay in this hotel.the hotel is absolutely beautiful with welcoming comfortable rooms and luxury classy décor throughout.. Gorgeous piano bar, restaurant and fun rooftop bar. also has a gym.
