Liked: We were a group of 6 people and we booked 3 rooms exactly the same - a 20 meter room. When we arrived we got 3 different rooms As for me, I got the smallest room 15 meter. We had no room to move in the room. My friend received an upgrade to a large room with a canal view. my second friend received exactly the pre-booked room. At the reception it was said that everything is full .I was really tired after a long day of flying and arriving at the hotel, I didn't have the strength to face the reception. Out of no choice, I accepted what I got so as not to ruin the triponly the night before departure -it was possible to change room . I was no longer wanted to change (waste of time and a lot of work) .
Disliked: Very tiny room , there were very unpleasant odor waves, a very bad smell in the bathroom. The window did not open at all. It was impossible to get some fresh air. The TV arm was not comfortable to move. The coffee corner was crowded and difficult to access. In short, it was not comfortable at all. ןI forgot to take pictures of the room that i received . I have an order confirmation with pictures for a 20 meter room. It's not the same room at all. I believe that the room I received is at a lower cost than what I actually paid.I am asking you to consider receiving a refund of at least half of the price paid.
