Comfortable and good facilities but...

Liked: Comfortable room with tea/ coffee making facilities, central location with very nice restaurant adjacent.Modern bathroom with hair dryer/ usual hair & body products
Disliked: Because of the period windows and the room being next to a busy road it was noisy. Unfortunately on the Saturday at 4.30 am there were a group of people rowing directly outside. Couldn’t be helped but was disrupted sleeping

Luckily we needed this hotel...

Liked: The efficiency and kindness of the reception guy - ready to help us at the late hour that we arrived, and moving us to another room.The location of the hotel, in the city center, helping us to find an open restaurant at 11pm
Disliked: The hotel is small and raggy - not typical to what we expected from a hotel with nh logo on it.Our rom was very small and worn out.Lucky we managed the reception guy to move us to another room - with an upgrade fee associatedThe heating in our room didn't work, and the closet was a simple wooden closet making noise any time somebody walked the corridor.

Generic hotel in good location...

Liked: Location and staff were great. Room was clean and quite comfortable.
Disliked: The room was small and it was not possible to open the window for fresh air. The mattress was a bit hard.
