Disappointing

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was super friendy and the facilities were good also the location!
Disliked: It felt a bit dirty, dusty, didnt feel like it was properly cleaned.

Superb

Everything was amazing!

Liked: The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with essentials like towels, soap, shampoos, shower gels, etc. and a hairdryer. There were thoughtfully provided coffee pods, tea, sugar and water. In addition, there was a huge selection of snacks and drinks by the entrance, which could be purchased at any time of the day or the night and the staff was super friendly! And as a bonus—the location was great!
Disliked: The blankets were very thick and warm, but overall the room was a bit cold.

Liked: The location is excellent, there is a bus station right in front of the hotel, the room is large and nicely furnished with a very big bad and the bathroom is clean with all the things you need for your hands and body.
Disliked: A little bit more attention is needed to clean the corners and the window sills. At night young people have fun until 2 in the morning so it's a bit hard to fall asleep but this is the risk of having the hotel in the heart of the city.

Nice stay

Liked: Excellent location, the rooms were really clean and the staff was nice.
Disliked: The beds could've been a bit more comfortable and noise could be heard from the street, the next rooms and from the hallway.

Liked: The room was spacious and cosy. Location is great, close to everything we needed.Despite window facing the street, it was quiet and comfortable
Disliked: There are signs of wear and tear: scratches on the walls, a crack on the bathroom sink, bedside light fell off when i tried to adjust it for reading (popped back in easily though)

Liked: Great location good room after we upgraded our selves & got a nice attention for my birthday very helpful pleasant staff
Disliked: No breakfast !!
