Recommended for a stay in...

Liked: Nice size room, very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.Had some noisy people in the next room but they had already left the next morning when we went to complain. Staff were very helpful and apologetic.

Perfect location, great hotel

Liked: Clean, reception very friendly, water and sweets complimentary at reception, the room had a lovely smell. Bathroom very nice, bed comfortable. Great location. Supermarket next door.

Very good

Liked: Very good location near metro station to use line 1 for Chamartin train station and same line for centro to station Sol. Room had all for basic needs, shower was really nice. Of course of some walls might be to thin but i didint feel it too disturbing since didint notice it. Breakfast was simple, nothing too crazy. I.recommend always when traveling anywhere to go for local coffee shops for authentic ones but this one was nice for me to get cup of coffee and some bread to get the day going since included in price.Staff was very polite and speaks english and spanish

You get what you pay...

Liked: The hotel position was convenient, which was also a pitfall !
Disliked: The room was airless, it was way too hot and stuffy with the air conditioning not working. I opened the window but had to close it as was on the main street and all you hear is delivery motorbike riders roaring along all night, I paid for a hotel and did not sleep one bit. To top things off I came down for breakfast before going to work to be told that the waiter had not turned up, so there was no breakfast. There are better options of places to stay in Madrid for sure.
