Liked: Breakfast is good and has a wide variety of food.
Disliked: The amenities and the rooms are not price worthy, the walls are so thin that we can hear the moan of the next occupants when they are having sex. No air-condition too

A good option for staying...

Liked: The staff were friendly and the room very functional.
Disliked: Breakfast lacked essentials such as eggs, bacon and something cooked.

Liked: nicely kept hotel in Chamberi. As in every place in Madrid, there are plenty of bars and restaurants around (La Maquina is very good). The staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok. My room was large and well-appointed with a coffee machine, robes, a safebox,
Disliked: Location is fine (Chamberi), but a little off the main areas of the neighborhood. The access to the Metro requires some walking

Great option for busines travel

Liked: The hotel is located in a great area with some nice options for food and drink and close enough to get into the centre of the city by public transport very easily. The staff were all great throughout and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: There is no choice of different pillows, especially for persons with back or neck pain.
