Efficient, clean, well placed and...

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous, great selection and generous portions.Wonderful service from Felix in reception.Within minutes walk from the museum and other attractions.
Disliked: It was important to us that there was parking facility on site, but didn’t realise there was a daily cost for it. Should have been clearer.

Liked: After a surprise cancellation at another hotel, NH Duesto kindly accomodated me without prior reservation. I am greatful for their hospitality.
Disliked: No complaints. It was a good reliable hotel. I would visit again. It is clean and secure. Very kind staff. Good location in Bilbao.
