Great Stay

Liked: The Hotel was clean, modern & very well maintained. The staff were very friendly & helpful, especially Essam who works at the reception, he facilitated all our requests & made sure we are more than comfortable. Guys like Essam would make us visit NH hotels again.
Disliked: There were no room service for Food.

Good stay in Berlin

Liked: Top location, rich breakfast, clean rooms, espresso machine in the room. Amenities such as shampoo and soap were high quality ones.You are at the heart of Ku'damm.
Disliked: There were 2 elevators but the left elevator did not work during all our stay.Hotel was crowded and we lost lots of time due to elevator queue. It was horrible.Spa area has a problem with keys. They have given me 2 times new key in order to open the spa door. It did not work at all.With towels etc, i waited elevator for 3-4 mins and came down to reception. Then somebody from reception came to Spa and opened the door.
