Liked: Great breakfast, great personnel, fast wi-fi, comfortable beds, clean and cozy, great transportation to the main sites of the city
Disliked: Everything is great, just a cultural day-to-day difference Specific Spanish duvet cover (2 sheets instead of the full-cover) was unusual to use:-)

Disliked: A very interesting experience. I’ve booked my stay two months ago, I was staying for a night, then came back a couple of days later for two more nights. Both times checking in the staff told me that I’ve booked my stay with breakfast included. The first time I’ve spent the night at the hotel, I went to have breakfast and the staff immediately after I’ve said my room number, got a table and started to prepare some coffee told me that there is a problem and asked me to go to the reception. I was told that my breakfast is not included and I’ve to pay 17€. I’ve checked my booking, because I didn’t remember if I have booked my stay with our without breakfast. So, I was misinformed. The second time around during the check in, the same situation occurred - I was told that my breakfast is included, but it wasn’t. A very interesting strategy to fool your guests into paying for the breakfast.
