Need some maintenance on some...

Liked: Location. Close to my area of interest
Disliked: Room was not as attractive as shown in pictures. Had signs and smells of humidity in the walls.

Liked: The staff was amazing and very helpful and very kind (I think Raquel and sandra and osman)
Disliked: There was only one lift and very small and the other one not working.

Doesn't meet my expectation

Liked: Hotel not too far from center, Decoration of the bedroom good and clean, bathroom renovated and huge Staff nice and helpfulBreakfast good with a good range of products
Disliked: - no natural light in the room, the window is on courtyard side with a window at the opposite side, the curtain should remain all the time (a frozen window could be a solution)- too noisy due to lack of isolation coming from the corridor and no possibility to close the door without making noise.- too narrow and bathroom huge (disproportionate), the fridge takes too much space and noisy, (suggestion: to move it in the bathroom). - a single room doesn't mean a bad room, if the room is special, please inform the customer and propose a better price

Basic hotel in a fabulous...

Liked: The hotel is really well-placed, but the services and quality of the rooms were costly. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly but I found, overall, the hotel was overpriced.
Disliked: Rooms could use a refresh.
