Liked: Had a great stay at NH Barajas Airport . The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again

Liked: Free pickup at the Madrid international airport by calling the hotel.
Disliked: Free shuttle to airport only every 45 minutes.

Liked: All good,clean comfortable room and good breakfast.Disappointed with the shuttle service which took 45 minutes to arrive.Had tried to call the hotel earlier in the day. 2 times and reception never picked up. For that reason alone I will use another hotel in the future.9

Outdated and overprices for what...

Liked: Fine location, and shuttle service from airport, gym
Disliked: Outdated hotel, way overpriced for the quality, very outdated rooms, bathroom is wrapped with plastic as a makeover, there is no coffee in the room, nor to get anywhere in the hotel after breakfast time and until the restaurant opens, you have to go to a nearby bar to get a coffee. For 70 euro that would all be ok, but not for 120.
