Liked: Service quality. Staff responded quickly & with appropriate solutions. Thank you. The metro was just a 4 min walk. Easy to get around in Madrid from this metro.
Disliked: Location! Madrid was a stopover. I stayed in another airport hotel in my earlier leg. Comparatively, I found less restaurants and convenience stores.

Clean and comfortable stay, though...

Liked: It’s very convenient for a one-night stay if you need to go to the airport the next day, as the shuttle service is free and takes 10-15 minutes to Terminal 4.
Disliked: The only downside was that the room was very cold, and we had to sleep with the heater on because it felt freezing. The bathroom was like an igloo.

Good stay

Liked: The hotel offers transport from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport. And you can actually use this option, but you have to be patient. Although you get a message with information on how to use the service, unfortunately it doesn't quite work. You have to wait for the bus or ask when it will be coming and unfortunately wait. It doesn't come on demand. The rooms in the hotel are a good size, the beds are big and comfy, the windows open, everything works, there is even a mini bar in the room and snacks and drinks for free. In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even hand lotion. In the summer you can use the swimming pool. And a metro station to the city center is 4 minutes on foot. Very nice hotel
