Excellent hotel for a city...

Liked: Modern, extremely friendly staff and great service
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was excellent but we had lunch in the restaurant once and the quality of the meal and service weren’t quite as good

Great location and a small...

Liked: The reception staff was very helpful, welcoming, warm, caring The strived to help and make the stay pleasurable. The cleaning lady on my floor, was also nice and provided me with a kettle immediately
Disliked: I had to order room service because there was no room at the small restaurant downstairs, then my lunch arrived cold
