Liked: AC didn’t work. Way too expensive for tiny room with uncomfortable bed. Asked for waters, only gave 1

Relaxed and enjoyable

Liked: The breakfast was OK, could have had more options but the staff were excellent in their service. I required a takeaway breakfast our 1st day and they went above and beyond to help with that. 10/10 for the helpful staff!!!
Disliked: More hot options for breakfast and a better toaster ould be ideal.

Great location in a desirable...

Liked: The property is well located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the Barrio de Salamanca. The housekeeping staff is excellent and took very good care of us during our stay. The housekeeper on our floor was always pleasant and greeted us with a smile.
Disliked: While our room was spacious and comfortable for a European hotel room, there were times when it had an odor, like there were gases coming from the plumbing.
