Disappointing

Liked: Great location, conveniently close to the airport. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to reach the city center in just 30 minutes. The room was very clean, with a well-stocked selection of bathroom supplies, including shampoo, soap, conditioner, and body lotion. Coffee and tea-making facilities were also available in the room.
Disliked: There is a 2–3 cm (1–1.5 inch) gap between the door to the room and the corridor, allowing you to hear everything happening in the corridor very clearly. As a light sleeper, I was woken up several times each night hearing each door closing. We stayed for four nights, and three of them were quite unpleasant. People arriving late or leaving early sounded as loud as if they were right next to my bed. Additionally, light from the corridor shines into the room through the gap as the corridor lights remain on all the time. The bed wasn't very comfortable.One night, there was knocking on our door after 11 p.m., but we had already gone to bed after busy day. To my surprise, it was a staff member with a trolley full of fresh bed linen, asking if we needed any. I must say, I have never stayed in a hotel where I was disturbed after 10 p.m., nor where bed linen was delivered in this way.The air conditioning is set to 21.5°C, and while it allows you to adjust the temperature by 3 degrees in either direction, it didn’t really work for us. We increased it by 3 degrees, but the temperature only reached 21.7°C. It was fine for the night, but in the evening, we felt quite cold.On our last day, I asked the hotel to book a taxi for early the next morning. The price quoted was more than double compared to Uber or Bolt, so I canceled it immediately.
