Good room and really bad...

Liked: The room was good, but the breakfast was really bad!!! Lot of insect and everything looks old

Disliked: Breakfast was crazy price - €43 Also I tried to reduce my stay by 1 night as I had to change my plans. Booking.com said the hotel wouldnt allow it. The hotel told me they normally do it booked direct - but booking.com never contacted them. So I paid an extra night I couldnt use.

Liked: Pictures are exactly what there like in real life so no surprises on arriving. Room was ready early which meant we could get an early check in (charge free) which was lovely after a morning full of travelling

Liked: Upgraded to junior suite for my husbands birthday on arrival.. very kind staff. great base for travelling around the city .. fabulous hotel with great views highly recommend
