Beautiful view of the river...

Beautiful location with accommodating staff.

Liked: The location was beautiful, right across from the water and close to city center. The room was very clean and the staff was accommodating to our needs. Beautiful location with accommodating staff. We initially got a room with two separate beds and we asked the front desk if it would be possible to get a room with one queen bed and they immediately had housekeeping come to our room to make the bed into one bed instead of two separate beds.
Disliked: There was an additional €20 a night for parking, which is a bit expensive but it was convenient that the hotel has their own parking garage.

Liked: Very nice view of the river.
Disliked: The gym hardly had much equipment, they gave two single beds rather than a double, and the TV didn't work.

Great location and river view

Liked: The whole building looks fresh and stylish, the rooms, the lobby, the halls etc. Light music in the hall and pleasant aroma were a nice touch. The room was spacious, stylish and had really gorgeous river view. We were glad to have a bath tub and a very useful massage pillow, very relaxing after long days of walking.The amount of pillows is more than enough, you can choose any to your liking.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the great impression was spoiled by unpolite staff in the restautrant at breakfast and dirty floors in the room. The quality of cleaning was poor, even after I put the sign "please make the room" in the morning and came back in the evening, the floor stayed as dusty as it was. As I am allergic to dust, it was very unpleasant and unhealthy experience. The breakfast was poor as well. Almost everything was tasteless, very little vegetables (on the second morning hadn't found one at all).

Good place from which to...

Liked: Good location, nice comfortable room. It is about 15-20 minutes walk from Cais Da Ribera (Near the Luis 1 metal bridge) where there is a great selection of bars and restaurants.
Disliked: My only slight disappointment was that the hot food at breakfast was only lukewarm warm.

Liked: Great room in good location. Great breakfast.
Disliked: They were working on a new menu that was awful but graciously accepted feedback.
