Good option for a short...

Liked: Great location, room was a fantastic size, good value for money
Disliked: Only a small thing but was a bit disappointed that tea & coffee in the room wasn’t refilled. I only had one coffee sachet in the room, would’ve been nice to have a refill for the 2 days I was there.Also, could hear the happy couple next door late one night, so not sure room sound-proofing is 100% efficient!

Very good

Liked: The hotel offered a massive bed with a firm mattress, which was comfortable. The bedsheets were of good quality, but there were quite a few of them, which was a bit excessive. The breakfast food was nice, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. The checkout was generous, and they allowed me to leave at 12:00 PM.
Disliked: - The air conditioning wasn’t working, making the room stuffy.- There was mold in the bathroom.- The spa wasn’t in use on Monday, and when I emailed the reception staff about renting a hot tub, they didn’t provide the prices until I was almost out. The reception staff themselves were unaware of the pricing.- The coffee tasted burnt and watery.- There was no minibar in the room.- The body lotion in the bathroom was almost empty in a very dirty and well-used bottle.- There were no charging points by the bed. One socket was occupied by the lamp.

Liked: Delicious cakes and muffins for breakfast. Sound proof room. Very caring stuff cleaning the tables in the breakfast room, they were cleaning the tables with an effort and thoroughly.Cheerful and nice bartender.Sustainability and great care of environment.
Disliked: Room wasn't ready at the hotel official check-in time. Reception asked to wait for 3 minutes and forgot about us, we waited for 20 min. There were no shower towels which were provided after 15 min of us staying in the room. Mini bar is just a kettle and tea and coffee. Didn't drink coffee, but tea is very much mediocre.No pastel de nata for breakfast.I had a special request to have a room as high as possible, the request wasn't satisfied and I got the lowest floor (I understand it is not always possible to fulfill the requests, but I book a lot in advance and I expected it to be planned better and at least not at the lowest floor).Only one electric socket near bed which is occupied by a lamp, so no space for charging, you would have to unplug the lamp to access the socket but then you wouldn't have light bear bed. The switch for light in the room is only on one side of the bed. Only one bidet towel (we were 2 persons) Only one shower cap and vanity set.In my opinion this hotel does not comply for 4 stars.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: The mattress were not comfortable, I could feel some springs

Pleasant short break, good value...

Liked: Clean, friendly, good breakfast with fresh bread and pastries
Disliked: Slightly too far away from centre, but Ubers are cheap.

Liked: nice cosy, carbon footprint aware, good location. room has all that you may need

Liked: The amenities are very nice, and the room was very comfortable. Also the staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The room wasn’t completely clean when I arrived, empty bottles in the hand soap and the body lotion. Also the shower wasn’t completely clean. The location wasn’t as good. Very congested in the morning.
