Superb

Liked: Didn’t spend much time in the hotel, as we were out exploring. Nearest train station is about a 10 minute walk away-but the line takes you straight into the city centre. We had a suite and it was a lovely size, bed was very comfortable and despite the hotel sitting between a police station, hospital and a busy road we both had great sleeps. If you get a chance, definitely stop by the spa. Guests get 15% off and it is well worth it.

Liked: Staff were friendly and accommodating of our needs. Breakfast in the morning was varied and filling.
Disliked: We would have appreciated more veggie hot options

Liked: Great location. Breakfast is okay. Our room is sufficient.
Disliked: Im sure the spa is great but we were told that we book a treatment which is completely false- as we barely stayed in the hotel during the day. The whole duration of the stay- we are out during the day. I hope these mistakes dont happen again.
