Liked: the rooms were modern with good storage. The pillow menu was a nice extra.
Disliked: The cups in the room were dirty on our arrival. They were put away but when i went to use one it was dirty and so was the second one.

Liked: Love the rooms - we have a teenage children so they can have their own room and bathroom within living to shareFantastic location Lovely Concierge staff. Great bedFabulous Dyson products in bathroom. Huge bathrooms
Disliked: Staff at reception need to care much more about their customers. Really poor experience on several occasions, especially at check out. Such a shame because every other aspect of this hotel is amazing

Liked: staff were very good on front desk.
Disliked: Room was dark very little daylight. That didnt inspire me to want to be there during the day. We are coming over again in January during first week of Auss open but im wondering if we stay with the Next booking
