Great overnight stay in a...

Liked: Fantastic location and a nicely appointed, decently sized room. Hotel facilities looked good (we didn’t get time to use them) and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The pillows were oddly uncomfortable but we didn’t realise until it was too late at night to utilise the pillow choice menu.

Superb

Liked: The view was fantastic from the 18th floor.Very comfortable bed, roomy room.
Disliked: The shower had a second attachment with no way of turning it on.

Liked: Large room, great location, close to tramlines, clean.
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready on arrival, told would receive message when ready and did not receive. The only room service we could get at 10.30 was a toasted cheese sandwich. The bathroom lighting was terrible could not see to put makeup on. No streaming tv services and the casting did not work on iPad.

Liked: Location was great and the room had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: These were not big issues for us but thought your Team might want to know so they can be attended to for your future guests (we will definitely be back). We stayed in room 2402 and there was a wet stain on the carpet in front of the mini bar, the shower screen glass door was rubbing on the fixed glazed panel, the bathroom floor got very wet every time we had a shower, there seemed to be some black marks (possibly mold) around the ceiling shower rose, and the bathroom exhaust vent was very dirty which may be restricting the airflow.

Liked: I love this hotel and regularly stay here when I travel to Melbourne. The fit out is great and it’s well located and clean.
Disliked: The bed pillows

Disappointing

Liked: nice room, a bit dark, nice amenities
Disliked: this might have been a once off but room wasnt properly cleaned and i was grossed out (shaving hair on the shower wall). i told staff, they were going to report. But it sounded more a generic answer than actually someone taking action and caring. Not much reaction to it, no proper follow up. for the price i paid expect a better follow up on issues. My luggage also stayed in the lobby in public for over 30 minutes, whilst i communicated that i was in a hurry (motorway accident), which put me behind . everyone was friendly, but just not connected with the customer.
