Liked: The staff was friendly and the location was convenient
Disliked: Not good value for money. It was expensive for what it was- the room was tiny and lit up all night. I had to stand in the shower to sit on the toilet, and it was directly under the flight path. It would have been value for 2/3 the price.

Disliked: I booked this room for my 84 year old mother who is partially blind. I spoke to a staff member on the phone who assured me she would be on the first floor. Upon arrival, we were told she was on the top floor. No lift, so my poor mother struggled to walk up all the stairs. The room was ok, but the bathroom quite tiny and not at all nice. I felt very guilty leaving my mother to stay there the night and will never book again.

Disliked: The staff was rude and completely unreasonable, cockroaches in the room kept me awake all night trying to find it. There was only two shower and toilet areas which were combined, had I of known I would not have booked this accommodation at all. I arrived late due to my flight being delayed from Melbourne
