Liked: It’s a nice place located in a affluent area. (I suppose the Villa was a private house before). As it’s October, we didn’t use the swimming pool, but for sure in Summer it’s very nice because they have a very big garden too.
Disliked: It would be useful to have a big central light in the room, not only the two little ones at the bed sight. There are no closet or drawers to put your clothes, just a couple of hangers which are not sufficient. The breakfast could include some juices

Liked: The hospitality, the home itself, decor, availability to amenities to guests..
Disliked: A little cold in basement suite but fireplaces helped as indicated by owner..thank you an amazing stay..felt like staying with family!

Thank you for the good...

Liked: Newton Villa was fine and our room was clean and quiet. Towels and bedding were of good quality and the bed was firm but comfortable. The bathroom was bright and well organized. The pool area and grounds were attractive and we felt very safe during our visit. The breakfast was good and everything seemed fresh.
Disliked: The carpets were stained and looked really worn and dirty (I know that our room had been freshly vacuumed and cleaned, but it still looked rather grimy). This really was a detractor from an otherwise good first impression. There is too much extra furniture and decoration everywhere. Fake electric fireplaces, pots and furniture on the landings should be cleared out.
