Room was adequate and comfortable but small and unexceptional for the price they were charging. You expect 5-star luxury for this price. But this hotel was middling in all aspects.
Liked: Nice open space with excellent gym, pool, and parking services.
Disliked: Extremely overpriced for what it is. Service in the restaurant was very slow. Food was fine but overpriced for what you got.

Hotel was probably the least...
Disliked: Parking is a huge problem. The whole lot below the hotel was mostly vacant, while being saved for valet users, at a ridiculous rate, which few people used. Your room rate should include free and CONVENIENT parking.The bedspread on your beds are too short. You can’t even cover your chest/shoulders with it. Makes for unpleasant sleeping.

Liked: The room was great with all the amenities and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel location was outstanding as we drove there from VT but were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops everyday. It was also in walking distance to the bus for the mansion and boat tours.
Disliked: The staff at check in could not find our 2 room booking and kept repeating since it was through a third party we would just need to pay for the one room now. After several back and forths and listening to an unwelcoming, uncaring person she was able to finally find it. She blamed it on "the hotel's outdated computer system". There was no apology offered. That is not the way to treat guests that spent over $2000,00 for a 3 night stay. Im not sure we will be returning.
