Liked: The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Fabulous view from our room. The toilet off the kitchen area in the main clubhouse had no hand soap and this wouldn't be refilled until the next morning apparently. Felt this was not good
Disliked: Window in our room was broken and unsafe to open which we wanted for ventilation. There was a sign which said 'don't open"

Liked: Excellent location, room was fab and views absolutely amazing. Will definitely be going back. Very dog friendly he was allowed throughout premises. Great breakfast and coffee with very accommodating polite staff. Has an afternoon meal in cafe too which was delicious would recommend and will definitely return.
Disliked: We had an upstairs room which had a beautiful view however we were unable to open the windows as handle was broke so this was the only problem we found, would have been nice to have some air through room.

Would not stay here again,...

Liked: Nice location, nice view, afternoon food was good for menu type. Nice to sit outside on the patio area. But so many other faults I would not stay here.Parking is free.
Disliked: Very disappointed, I just looked at the photos and the information on booking.com and feel that this accommodation is misrepresenting itself! There is no wifi in the rooms, the restaurant stops serving food at 3pm. You have to travel 2.5 miles to go n get dinner. There is no phone signal (Vodafone) in the rooms and no in-house phone supplied so if there was an emergency, I’m not sure what we would have done. There is no one onsite at night as far as I could see, no reception and the bar was closed by 9pm (gold club house, everyone gone I think)and no contact details, there was mould in our bathroom. We had a sea view but two of our windows had condensation so couldn’t truly appreciate the nice view through the fog of the windows. . We couldn’t open the windows as there was a note telling us not to open them! 8 Stairs up to the room and no one to help with luggage so if you are disabled, you may need to think This one through. Overpriced, about £80 would be a fair price not £140. I think the photos on booking com are misrepresenting this place, it makes it look like there is a nice restaurant, but it is just a burger place with a few other dishes and pub tables . Beach is down a hill. Not suitable for disabled and not the best for prams.
