Liked: Location, clean
Disliked: Restaurant -food was fine but very unusual format. You stand in line to check in and rush your selection because of those behind you, pay in advance, then go seat yourself and wait.

Convenient location, great parking, cold...

Liked: The location is phenomenal and the price was reasonable for the area. There's a restaurant on site and a huge parking lot, so you can browse the nearby shops without having to move your car right away which is really convenient. The view from the room was beautiful; we were right on the water and could see boats passing by, and we watched the sunset from our room. The beds were really comfortable and the pillows were awesome. The water in the lobby and near the restaurant was greatly appreciated as we were able to refill our water bottles. There are stairs and multiple elevators, so getting in and out of the hotel is really easy and fast, no matter what floor you stay on!
Disliked: Upon entry to our room, every time, I'd get a huge whiff of black mold. There is no fan in the bathroom, and there was mildew growing on the ceiling above the tub and in the bathroom, but it didn't smell in our bathroom; it was just upon entering and leaving. I think there's a problem with it in the walls and the doorway might have a crack or something that allows you to smell it. The hallway didn't smell, and the room didn't smell, but every time I went in and out, I could smell it. We only stayed one night, upon arrival they told us they were fully booked, & since we didn't spend a ton of time in the room & I couldn't smell it from the beds, I didn't say anything, plus it seemed like they are aware because our room smelled so strongly of air freshener when we arrived, that we had the window open for hours to let it dissipate. We've stayed here several times over the years and never smelled this. If we stayed again, I'd definitely say something. It was my birthday on top of it all, so I just wanted to have fun and didn't want to make problems that I didn't think they'd be able to fix given they were fully booked... The pool was really chilly, and they no longer offer robes for the walk from your room to the pool, so we packed our own. Our young kids didn't last long in the pool because of its temp, and they opted not to go in a 2nd time the next morning because they said the water was too cold!

Liked: Was excellent stay room , view . The front desk help was the best
Disliked: The breakfast we had to send it back and the second time was the same . So we toke to to go . That not a way to stay the day .

we loved our visit and...

Liked: we had a fabulous room with a great view of the marina. we upgraded to a balcony.
Disliked: the room was a bit small and although clean and efficient, a bit dated.

A bit disappointing inside, but...

Liked: The woman at the front desk was very nice. I could see how if we stayed there during better weather, the outdoor patio and yard game area would be fun!
Disliked: The hotel itself was very dated. The room was very small, with nothing special about it. The view of the harbor that we paid more for was a small window looking at the grass and docks. The bathtub was clogged, there were no tissues and the toilet paper was wet. The ice machine was also not working. All minor issues but this certainly made the price feel unreasonable.
