Disliked: They are going through major changes and remodeling and the noise was unbearable not to mention that I had a cockroach run through my bed.

Our third stay here, we...
Liked: Loved the location and the views
Disliked: Couldn’t use either tv, spend over an hour on the phone with customer service who identified the problem coming from the hotel. They weren’t able to fix it. Valet computer service request didn’t work, so we had waits to receive our car. It would have been quicker to walk across the street to their lot and get the car ourselves. Once they fix the system, we requested it at 7:00AM and went down to get the 10 minutes after requesting it. The car wasn’t there we we got down. The valet attendant was texting or doing something on his phone, looked up at us and continued playing in his phone. After about another 5 minutes with no response I walk over opened the door and grabbed my keys off the board. The attendant asked what I was doing, I replied “we’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes for our car while you’ve playing in your phone, so I’m gong to get it myself” he replied okay & went back to his phone. We tipped $5.00 every time we got our car, except for him. Very disappointing. All of the other attendants were awesome, ( the system not working wasn’t their fault.)
