Disappointing

Liked: location and cleanliness
Disliked: Parking cost should be included in price and transparent. Stood at front desk for 10 minutes, upon arrival, until I reached over and saw someone sitting at their desk. Anyone could walk in and out of there without being noticed. Not acceptable these days for lack of safety. Quoted different price, higher, than Booking.com. There was confusion due a mistake on booking. Com's part, which booking.com rectified, immediately. However, the front desk clerk, was quoting me a higher price. She finally printed off the room invoice, from booking.com, and I signed it.

Liked: Location & staff were great. Stayed here many times & always had been a good experience. Unfortunately, this trip we stayed in room 404 & was very unhappy with the extremely loud & continuous racket & constant loud noises coming from the elevator which was located directly behind the bed. Needless to say we got absolutely no sleep. Highly recommend this hotel, also highly recommend not staying in this particular room.Respectfully, & we will be back.Troy Thomas

The cleanest and coziest stay...

Liked: This is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Every spec of the room was clean from ceiling to floor. Our kids enjoyed the stairs and the adults enjoyed the location and coziness. Beds were comfortable and the view from balcony was a great bonus.
