Liked: Beautiful hotel and the pool area was fantastic!
Disliked: The doors were ridiculously heavy. My son and I were woken up numerous times throughout the night from neighbours coming in to their room throughout the night.Unfortunately the rest / break that we needed was not gotten because of this huge issue. We left the hotel absolutely exhausted.I questioned this with the girl at reception, she nodded and agreed that I was not the first to complain… why is this not fixed if that’s the case?

Liked: The staff overall were excellent. The food was of really good quality too and the service was always really prompt. We were always seated and served in great time. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was really cosy and comfortable, the decorations were really lovely. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, again really good service and great quality. The kids club was brilliant as was the park and jurassic bounce. Our 3 kids had a ball. As busy as it was everything was comfortable full but no long waits. We would love to come back someday.
Disliked: Our shower had black mould around the tray and looked like it needed to be re sealed. A particular receptionist wasn't very friendly on check out which was a shame considering it was our first time staying, there were no pleasantries or how was everything for you. Also asking for water at the desk wasn't ideal, it would be great to have somewhere to refill water bottles. The baby room play area could do with someone throwing their eye over it a few times a day to keep it in order/clean. The games room had a fuse ball table which my kids totally loved but it needs screws tightened to stabilise it. The toddler size portion of a kids size menu item wasn't available so I asked could they not just make me 3 smaller portions to which I was told no it would be the higher price for the larger portion. Looking back I thought maybe this wasn't handled great.

Liked: The location is convenient.
Disliked: The hotel facilities are far below what I would have expected at the price point. The room was nice and well kept but otherwise the rest of the hotel was worn out generally.

Disappointing

Disliked: Not ideal for a couples relaxing weekend away...bar/restaurant not very inviting or comfortable and no area in there for having a relaxing drink after dinner...only lobby area which was big spacious, noisy and cold. This Hotel is really only catering for wedding parties and not individual guests who look for an inviting weekend away
