Liked: The room was good and the staff were friendly, except for the guy working at the reception – he didn’t even say hello. There’s no option to have a coffee or drink during the day. Breakfast is served at the entrance of the hotel, and it feels cramped.

Liked: Good sized and very clean rooms. The bathroom is also a good size, spotless and supplied with L’Occitaine toiletries. Breakfast is fine, with fresh breads, pastries and a fair choice of cereal, yoghurts , scrambled eggs and sausages plus various jams and honey. The breakfast space is in the hotel reception room so is not very big. This was not a problem when we visited but might be at a different time of year when more people are staying. Location is very good being right next to the old port and with a Metro station just outside.Reception staff varied a lot. When we arrived the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Others seemed disinterested, did not mind keeping people waiting and were not friendly or welcoming at all.

Liked: Comfortable room, nice beds and bathroom, excellent location. The hotel itself doesn’t have many facilities, such as a bar or a lounge (breakfast is served in the reception area). But there are many options around, as it is a perfect central location.
