Disliked: They charged me 250 EUR fine for smoking in the room although I did not smoke. I called the hotel and then send an email to the manager however did not receive anything in return

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly . Excellent location near Schuman metro with easy access to grand Place and airport bus transfer . Breakfast was ample .Building was undergoing some renovations so we experience slight issues with a cold room but the staff offered us the use of an electrical heater which worked perfectly to keep our room warm .
