Disappointing.

Disliked: Both nights involved arriving after 9pm when the check-in desk front door is locked. Both times I called the front desk well before 9pm, advised the staff member I was going to be arriving after 9pm and each of the times was promised to have the door code emailed to me. And both times this did not occur, even though I verbally confirmed my email address. They also had my mobile phone number. The day before the second night I went to speak to a staff member to get the door code at 12.30pm and it was not even staffed at a time it says it's staffed. When I tried to speak to a staff member after the second time this occurred the following morning, I got a bad attitude and no apology. I was let into the building by other guests out of hours. This is not a good situation and exposes staff incompetence. This kind of incompetence is potentially dangerous. Had these kind guests not let me in I'd have been on the street.

Disliked: Was a bit dirty and I got bitten by midges that caused an itchy rash that is still there 4 weeks later

Disliked: You can't even get a refund when you modify your booking or cancel, what kind robbery is this, we come here for the cheap price, not looking for cheapness, asking for help from the government not people who live here. FFS
