Very good

Liked: A mishap with the bedding was more than made up for by Christopher’s response. Service was faultless. Guest house is crammed with Victorian/Edwardian decor and trinkets.Great location

Would highly recommend this property...

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional on all three days. The sea view from our room and breakfast area was great. Christopher make us feel extremely welcome the moment we arrived and made our stay all the more personal.
Disliked: Not a great deal really. Only one small "observation", and to be fair we did not mention it to Christopher, is that the breakfast plates could have been warmed through. If that is the only observation, as an owner, I would be happy with that.

Booking.com won't let me change...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Unfortunately the mattress felt damp in my parents room so they didn't sleep in the bed. They are in their 70s and didn't sleep a wink. Host told us he's looked at it since and it isn't but this doesn't help their experience. They wouldn't rate this as 5, but Booking.com won't let them change the rating
