Rooms were clean and very quiet. Lots of eating places. The American Burger was really good with great staff.

Liked: Location to the Dolby.
Disliked: The smoking!

Great place to stay on Strip; close to stores; walking distance to Planet Hollywood.

Liked: Comfortable room; great service at front desk; concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: Safe didn't work in room.

Liked: It's cute and fun. Love the city design. The roller coaster is insane. I think more people would ride it if it was cheaper. It's clean. Shopping is great. Food selection is good. Great for kids. Great access to other things nearby. I did have a question about staff that
Disliked: Staff unhappy about personal check in. Everything is an app, QR code, DIY. It's expensive to stay there. Hotel check in staff could be more friendly and helpful.
