High price. Decent quality. Not a place to relax.

Disliked: Location of lobby is difficult to find. Lobby is chaotic. Room was somewhat dated.

Liked: We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is immaculate, modern yet comfortable and like "home" in many ways. The staff was helpful and friendly; everyone we encountered was engaging and 100% dedicated to making the customer feel very special indeed - BRAVO! If ever we're in NYC again we'll be staying with YOU!

The view was amazing! 17th floor. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone desiring the touristy area and Times Square view/convenience.

Liked: The room was quiet and very dark, even with the view overlooking busy busy Times Square. The bed was complete comfort; room was clean and maintained properly.
Disliked: Would've loved a mini fridge or some way to at least keep cold water/juices/drinks.

Liked: Looks like the hotel was recently renovated - we booked three rooms and all appeared new and immaculate. The check in process was friendly (Lilly) fast and efficient. We got there about an hour and a half early but the rooms were ready, great. We stayed for just one night. We had the breakfast brunch which was pretty much what you would expect. All in all a good trip.
