High price. Decent quality. Not a place to relax.

Disliked: Location of lobby is difficult to find. Lobby is chaotic. Room was somewhat dated.

Liked: We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is immaculate, modern yet comfortable and like "home" in many ways. The staff was helpful and friendly; everyone we encountered was engaging and 100% dedicated to making the customer feel very special indeed - BRAVO! If ever we're in NYC again we'll be staying with YOU!

The view was amazing! 17th floor. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone desiring the touristy area and Times Square view/convenience.

Liked: The room was quiet and very dark, even with the view overlooking busy busy Times Square. The bed was complete comfort; room was clean and maintained properly.
Disliked: Would've loved a mini fridge or some way to at least keep cold water/juices/drinks.

Awesome location and comfortable room

Liked: Very good location and you are surrounded by the theatres and shops which are excellent! The red steps at Times Square is just round the corner. There is a $40 F&B credit everyday of your stay and also 1 ticket per night stay which you can exchange for a city tour because you will have to pay for a destination fee everyday of your stay..
Disliked: No water provided in the room
