High price. Decent quality. Not a place to relax.

Disliked: Location of lobby is difficult to find. Lobby is chaotic. Room was somewhat dated.

Liked: We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is immaculate, modern yet comfortable and like "home" in many ways. The staff was helpful and friendly; everyone we encountered was engaging and 100% dedicated to making the customer feel very special indeed - BRAVO! If ever we're in NYC again we'll be staying with YOU!

The view was amazing! 17th floor. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone desiring the touristy area and Times Square view/convenience.

Liked: The room was quiet and very dark, even with the view overlooking busy busy Times Square. The bed was complete comfort; room was clean and maintained properly.
Disliked: Would've loved a mini fridge or some way to at least keep cold water/juices/drinks.

Liked: The location can’t be beat. The Times Square view from our room was incredible. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The workout facility is excellent. My only complaint was the shower which had a slick floor and a door that wouldn’t stay closed.

Liked: Loved our Times Square view. Cost is a bit high but worth it for the venue. LOVED the View rotating restaurant and the bar in the lobby was awesome too. Also, we have never seen such a great gift shop. Everything you could need or want is there. Also, GREAT staff from the front desk, hostesses, bartenders and waiters, to the bellmen, security. Truly a 5 star experience from every angle. Can't beat the location for going to Broadway shows. Loved the hotel remodel and it was great being back.
