High price. Decent quality. Not a place to relax.

Disliked: Location of lobby is difficult to find. Lobby is chaotic. Room was somewhat dated.

Liked: We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is immaculate, modern yet comfortable and like "home" in many ways. The staff was helpful and friendly; everyone we encountered was engaging and 100% dedicated to making the customer feel very special indeed - BRAVO! If ever we're in NYC again we'll be staying with YOU!

The view was amazing! 17th floor. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone desiring the touristy area and Times Square view/convenience.

Liked: The room was quiet and very dark, even with the view overlooking busy busy Times Square. The bed was complete comfort; room was clean and maintained properly.
Disliked: Would've loved a mini fridge or some way to at least keep cold water/juices/drinks.

Liked: Breakfast was just fine. Nothing special but everything was there. But definitely there is lot of five star hotels with so much better breakfast buffet.Location was perfect, directly on Times Square.Cleaning ladies, Bell Boys and Waitress service was perfect.
Disliked: Unfortunately I can't say the same for Receptionists. Rude and impolite with all the guests. Just because of Reception afwul service my grade is 7
