Liked: Staff were great.
Disliked: We had to pull some hair out of the bath plug & couldn’t sleep due to the noise. The queue for the ‘pantry’ was ridiculous and we also haven’t had a refund for the card payment yet.

Liked: the room was very spacious, clean and quiet. the staff was very kind and helpful they gave us the room a lot earlier than the check-in hour considering we came a long way. the hotel is located near a subway station that could take you easily to any destination in Manhattan.
